Description

Impulse Magnetizer M-Series
The new M-Series with a maximum energy of 5000 Ws perfectly completes our magnetizer program. It offers the functionality and configurability of the X-series in a smaller mobile cabinet.

The magnetizers are easy to use. Inputs and settings at the operating panel can be effected while sitting or standing.

Magnet-Physik only uses brand named components in the construction of the M-series. This helps to assure quality and long life. The magnetizers are equipped with several safety features and offer high process security.

Safety functions

Safety is a key area for Magnet-Physik. Operation without interruption and protection of the operator.

All basic functions are controlled continuously by the PLC. The voltage at the capacitor banks are monitored by the PLC and additionally by a separate circuit. In case of a fault or interruption from mains the capacitors are discharged automatically. The magnetizers are equipped with two of these circuits. The PLC also monitors the charging unit and in case of a failure it separates it from the mains and controls the automatic capacitor discharge.

Magnet-Physik fixtures are equipped with thermocouples that allow montitoring of the fixture heat. A second internal switch also will open should excessive heat build up.

One emergency-off switch is on the operating panel of the magnetizer. A second can be connected externally.
