Magnetization System For Magnetic Sheets

Description

The ever-increasing application of magnetic sheets requires magnetic systems with the most up-to-date technology. Two points are of special interest here:

1. High running speeds (magnetization of up to 36 m per minute)
2. Maximum adhesion resulting from optimum saturation of the magnetic materials used

Available solutions found on the market today can be decisively improved with the new MPS magnetizing system. This is possible through computer optimization of pole configuration as well as the use of a special high voltage collector designed specifically for this project.

The special features of the system:

• Compact construction. Magnetizer, magnetizing roll, control and drive are installed in one unit
• In view of the specific construction the magnetizing speed can cover up to 36 m per minute. Higher speeds on request
• The large diameter of the magnetizing roll enables sensitive material or thick material which can only be bent to a small degree, to be magnetized
• The built-in water radiator facilitates high magnetizing speeds in continuous operation as well as temperature control of the sheets to be magnetized
• Systems for magnetization of path widths of up to 5 m are possible depending on design
• The magnetizing system is designed such that magnetization of the magnetic sheets on both the top and bottom surface is possible
• High efficiency of magnetizing roll by using materials with high magnetic permeability
• Computer optimization of pole configuration to obtain maximum adhesion and minimum application of magnetic material
• Pneumatic adjustable guide rollers to ensure ready access to the magnetizing area
