Construction of Testing Fixtures

We design custom made testing fixtures and carry out the necessary tests. Most of the time we are asked for this service by development departments when they are planning a new project.

The testing fixtures can only be operated in our laboratories and with our personnel. Certainly, we welcome our customers to assist us during the tests. Nevertheless, we ask you to understand that we cannot deliver these unfinished "open" systems.

The common way is to send us samples which we will magnetize, demagnetize or calibrate in the testing fixture. The samples will then be returned to the customer for evaluation and we will optimize the testing fixture, if necessary.

The objective is to find the perfect magnetising fixture that meets the requirements of our customers. After all tests have been done, we are able to deliver a magnetizing fixture that comes up to our customers´ expectations.

Offers for these services depend on the project and include the design of the testing fixture, the adjustment and a certain number of tests. Just ask us, we will be pleased to let you have an offer.
